Parent Drop will not be available either. The 888 Wing Lounge will be closed.

Parent Drop In will be available.

The 888 Wing Lounge will be open for parents to come and hang out, meet other parents, ask the SSC questions, read a book, etc.  We understand that not everyone has the ability to go home while your child is at cadets.  It is a friendly space and much warmer than your car, especially during those dark winter months.  You do not need to be a member of the SSC, so please come and join us.

Bottle Drive Committee:

The SSC is currently looking for a few parent volunteers who would be interested in assisting us with the preparations leading up to our annual bottle drive to be held on Saturday January 11, 2025.  Last years bottle drive was such a HUGE SUCCESS and we want to make sure that we continue to run a well organized event each year.  If you would like to learn a little bit more about this, please come to the 888 Wing Lounge on Tuesday Nov 19 after drop off to speak with us or contact the SSC at [email protected].

Tuesday November 26, 2024:  Parent Drop In will be unavailable due to cadet sports night

Just a quick reminder:

• If you haven’t done so already, please remember to submit your contribution of $125 to the SSC.  You can send via an e-transfer to [email protected].  Be sure to let us know who your cadet is when you send the transfer.
• If your cadets has any food allergies or dietary restrictions/concerns please contact the SSC at [email protected] if you have not done so already.
• If you have any bottles & cans taking up space at your house and you would like to have a great organization to donate them to, why not choose us! Just let the Return-It staff know you are donating to the 386 Komox Air Cadets.  Our account number is #328 or phone number (250) 334-7544. Thank you for your support ♥
