Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting of The Air Cadet League of Canada,
386 Komox Squadron Sponsorship Committee to be held at 888 Wing on October 14,
2025 at 6:30pm.

The business of the meeting will include receiving reports, financial reports, elections and
the consideration of any other business that comes before the meeting.

Any NOTICE OF MOTION is to be mailed or emailed to the Air Cadet League of Canada,
386 Komox Sponsorship Committee, PO Box 580 Lazo Road V0R 2K0 or
386ssc@gmail.com by October 1, 2025 for circulation prior to the meeting.
