(The Band)
Who is Spitfire Flight?
Spitfire flight is the military marching band and is an important part of 386 Komox Squadron. The band consists of cadets that play a variety of instruments. The band is led by a band officer (Band O) and a drum major (DM). The 386 Squadron band meets once a week for practices in addition to playing select music during our parade nights. The band also competes in various competitions along with attending a variety of community service events such as remembrance day parades.

MUSICIAN SUMMER COURSE:

This course develops a cadets’ competence in music and prepares them in the various levels of cadet musicianship and to hold positions within the squadron band.
